Job Description
Join DHL as a Territory Service Representative and contribute to our delivery and pickup operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivery Tasks:
- Unloading bags from the vehicle
- Scanning shipments and sorting them efficiently
- Delivering shipments to designated addresses
- Collecting customer acknowledgements via device
- Reporting undelivered shipments and handling COD amounts
Pickup Responsibilities:
- Timely pickups as per standard operating procedures
- Counting shipments and documenting acknowledgements
- Sorting and preparing shipments for delivery
Proper attire and communication skills are essential. Training will be provided.
