Job Description
The Tender Executive will manage the full tender lifecycle: review RFPs, prepare compliant bids, coordinate with technical, commercial, and legal teams, and ensure timely submission. Responsibilities include analyzing tender requirements, developing pricing strategies, maintaining tender registers, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. The role demands high attention to detail and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tendering or commercial roles
- Strong writing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and bid-management systems
- Experience in construction, IT, or energy sectors is advantageous
