Job Description
Trading Smart Edge is hiring a full-time, in-person Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive with an outbound, target-driven focus. The role requires making high-volume outbound calls to qualify prospects, schedule sales appointments, handle objections professionally, maintain accurate CRM records, and perform disciplined follow-up.
- Requirements: strong spoken English (Hindi a plus), resilience, basic sales understanding, and commitment to targets.
- Success metrics: consistent call volume, high-quality qualified leads, clean CRM data, and improved conversion rates.
- Important: This is not an inbound support or script-reading position.
- Compensation: ₹8,00–₹15,00/month. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced outbound telecallers are encouraged to apply.
