Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our pet store. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting pet products and services, booking grooming or veterinary appointments, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote pet products, grooming services, boarding, and offers
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries related to pets, products, services, and store policies
- Schedule grooming, veterinary, training, or boarding appointments
- Follow up with customers on pending orders, feedback, and service satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system
- Inform customers about new arrivals, discounts, and loyalty programs
- Coordinate with store staff, grooming team, and delivery team for smooth service execution
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Previous experience as a telecaller, customer support, or sales executive is an advantage
- Basic knowledge or interest in pets and pet care (training can be provided)
- Good communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Ability to convince customers and close sales
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, billing software preferred)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach
