Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services. Key responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and suggesting suitable products based on customer needs. You will also handle complaints professionally and meet daily call targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹42,380.32 per month
Benefits include health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with day and morning shifts, and weekend availability encouraged.
