Job Description
HEXAARCH is actively looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers, promote our diverse range of products and services, and contribute to achieving sales targets or scheduling appointments.
Your key responsibilities will include making calls, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining up-to-date customer databases, and consistently meeting sales objectives. Candidates should possess at least a 10+2 or graduate qualification, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in both Malayalam and English is required, along with basic computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
