Job Description
BeastDrive seeks a full-time Telecaller to conduct outbound calls to leads and customers, clearly explain activities, packages, schedules, safety features, and pricing, and recommend suitable options based on customer needs. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate call and booking records, conducting follow-ups to convert interest into confirmed bookings, providing basic support for registration, guidelines, and ticket validity, and promoting special offers, seasonal packages, group discounts, and event bookings.
- Targets: meet daily/weekly call volume, conversion, and sales goals
- Languages: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, and English
- Location: In person
- Compensation: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month
