Job Description
We are seeking motivated Female Telecallers to drive sales growth by engaging with both current and potential clients at our Changanassery location. The ideal candidates will play an essential role in providing information about our services and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and provide detailed explanations of our services.
- Reach out to new and existing clients to foster connections.
- Collect relevant information and communicate client needs to Student Counsellors.
- Maintain an organized client database and follow up to gather feedback.
Qualifications: A minimum education level of 12th grade, strong communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail are required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: ₹8,00 – ₹15,00/month
