Job Description
The Tele-calling & Operations Executive role involves a combination of outbound calling and backend support. You will engage with members to assist them with KYC registration, provide guidance throughout the onboarding process, and ensure prompt verification. We seek candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to efficiently multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to explain the KYC processes.
- Assist members with registration and documentation requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely verification for members.
Qualifications:
- A degree in any field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of KYC processes is an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
