Job Description
GALWAY KITCHEN MACHINERIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential or existing customers about products or services.
- Answering queries regarding products or the company.
- Understanding customer requirements to close sales effectively.
- Updating customer information in our database.
- Processing orders accurately and handling grievances.
- Maintaining records of calls and sales.
