Job Description
Kolo, a rapidly growing marketplace for home construction and interiors, is expanding its building materials network. We seek a Telesales Executive to engage homeowners, contractors, designers, and retailers—communicating tile offerings, qualifying project needs (area, budget, style, timelines), recommending products, converting leads into store visits, sample requests or orders, and maintaining CRM records.
- Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling/inside sales within building materials
- Skills: Strong English; Kannada or Hindi a plus; consultative, customer-first approach
- Attributes: Target-driven, high ownership
- Terms: Full-time, in-person (Bangalore). Compensation: ₹20,00–₹32,00/month
