Job Description
FlexifyMe, a health and wellness startup specializing in physiotherapy and yoga-based pain management (online and offline), is seeking a Telesales Executive for our Kharadi, Pune office.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up leads, book appointments, update CRM records, and resolve client queries.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements: 6+ months of telecalling or customer service experience (freshers with excellent English encouraged); fluent English (Hindi/Marathi a plus); confident phone etiquette; basic MS Excel and CRM skills. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent position.
