Job Description
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Sharadha Skill Academy, a leading training institute, is currently seeking a Telemarketer to actively promote our skill development courses. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, provide detailed information about courses, and successfully convert inquiries into enrollments. It is essential to maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
Qualifications: Candidates should have completed at least 12th grade, possess a diploma, or hold any undergraduate degree. A background of 6 months to 2 years in telemarketing or customer service is highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Tamil are critical for success in this position.
Compensation: The salary is set at ₹20,00 per month, in addition to performance-based incentives.
