Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Telecalling Executive to manage inbound/outbound patient calls, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, feedback collection, and coordination with OPD, Diagnostics, and Billing. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and escalate complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Requirements: excellent verbal and written English and local language skills; strong customer-service orientation; basic medical terminology; proficiency in MS Office and hospital/CRM software.
- Location: Alwarpet, Chennai. Rotational day/night shifts; Chennai residence preferred.
- Experience: 2 years in hospital telecalling preferred. Salary: ₹18,00–₹25,00 per month.
- Applicants must confirm hospital telecalling experience, languages known, willingness for rotational/night shifts, and acceptance of the Alwarpet location.
