Job Description
Ariv Education Private Limited seeks full-time Telecallers to manage end-to-end CRM admissions for JEE and NEET programs. Responsibilities include responding to leads from Meta, Google, WhatsApp and the website within one hour; conducting initial counseling calls with parents; explaining syllabus, methodology, faculty, schedules, fees and admission steps; allocating leads and ensuring timely follow-ups; maintaining CRM data hygiene; monitoring lead-source performance, response compliance and conversion funnel; and identifying process bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening
- Customer-first empathy and process orientation
- CRM reporting skills and ability to multitask
- Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi
