Job Description
We are seeking a professional Telecaller to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and qualify prospects for our sales team. The role requires maintaining accurate call logs, following prescribed scripts, and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with precise contact information.
Requirements: excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, basic computer proficiency, a target-driven mindset, and a strong customer-service orientation. Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
