Job Description
Trident Enterprises seeks an office-based Telecaller Sales Executive in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi. You will make outbound B2B/FMCG packaging calls, generate and qualify leads, convert inquiries into orders, explain product features and eco-friendly bagasse benefits, follow up to close sales, maintain CRM/Excel records, and coordinate with sales and dispatch to meet monthly targets.
- Experience: 3–5 years in tele/inside sales (B2B/FMCG/packaging/manufacturing preferred)
- Skills: fluent Hindi and English, confident, target-driven, basic MS Excel and CRM proficiency
- Offer: fixed salary plus performance incentives; stable full-time office role with growth in an eco-friendly brand
- Pay: ₹9,204.76–₹20,00/month
