Job Description
Primeiro Innovative Solutions Pvt Ltd is recruiting a skilled Telecaller to facilitate post-sales customer interactions for our client, Vodafone Idea. This office-based position in Kochi requires work from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with a competitive salary range of ₹10,00 to ₹12,00 per month.
The Telecaller will be responsible for confirming customer sales, sharing plan features, assisting with payment collections, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English are essential, along with prior customer support experience and fundamental computer skills.
The position offers a fixed salary complemented by performance bonuses and additional benefits, including cell phone reimbursement.
