Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our Sales Department at Onwords Smart Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads generated by our marketing team.
- Provide product information and address customer inquiries.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs.
- Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance communication strategies.
Requirements:
