Job Description
Lagran Software Solutions is seeking an energetic and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will engage with customers over the phone, promoting our products and achieving sales or customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls and answer inbound inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
