Job Description

A2Z Institute is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our Kochi branch. In this vital role, you will engage with prospective students, provide detailed information about our training programs, and assist in converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential students.
• Clearly explain course offerings, fees, and advantages.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call records.
• Achieve specified daily and monthly admission targets.
• Foster positive relationships with students and their parents.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Plus Two/Degree.
• Proficient communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) are required.

Job Type: Full-time
