Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Credvent. In this role, you will:

• Make outbound calls to inform potential clients about our products/services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads to close sales and gather essential information.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer databases by entering relevant call information.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month
