Job Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts for various topics
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
- Upsell products when opportunities arise
- Build strong customer relationships by exceeding expectations
- Maintain records of conversations in our call center database
Requirements:
- Qualification: +12 pass & any degree
- Experience: Freshers to max 3 years
- Age: 21 to 35
- Language: Marathi
- Full-time, work-from-home position; immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹10,00.00 per month
