Job Description
ICore Software Technologies is looking for a dynamic Telecaller with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT service sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and closing sales over the phone for our cutting-edge IT service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate IT solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate call records in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
