Job Description
Hi-Tech Diagnostic Centre in Palarivattom is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Telecallers to enhance our front-end team. Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, a passion for engaging with individuals, and a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to calls, offer detailed information about our services, conduct follow-ups on appointments, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Eligibility Requirements: Previous telecalling experience is preferred. Candidates must be bilingual in Malayalam and English and possess basic computer proficiency.
