Job Description
Fulcrum Resources is seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to promote our products and services. Key duties include answering customer inquiries, understanding their requirements, and closing sales effectively. You will also direct prospects to the field sales team as needed, maintain customer records in our database, accurately process orders, and manage customer grievances to uphold our company’s reputation.
