Job Description
Join DCS Jobs Solution as a Telecaller. Make outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services, generate leads, schedule appointments, follow up, maintain CRM/Excel records, and meet daily and monthly targets. Female candidates only; 2–5 years’ experience in telecalling/telesales required. Good Hindi and English communication (local language preferred), confident, polite, customer-friendly, able to handle objections and close leads. Basic MS Excel and CRM/calling software knowledge needed. Fixed salary ₹15,00/month plus performance incentives (up to ₹180,00/year), Provident Fund, full-time in-person role.
