Job Description
Dermacheck Skin Clinic is currently searching for a Telecaller cum Receptionist who possesses a friendly demeanor and outstanding communication skills in both English and Malayalam. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, safeguarding patient confidentiality, and accurately documenting visits.
The minimum qualifications required are any graduate degree with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates located in Kochi.
This is a permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹22,00.00, in addition to benefits such as leave encashment, commission pay, overtime pay, and performance bonuses.
