Job Description
ORO GOLD AND DIAMONDS is seeking a dynamic Telecaller/Computer Operator to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to potential and existing customers to sell our exquisite products and services and address any queries they may have. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, managing incoming calls, and organizing customer information in databases.
Ideal candidates should have proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and experience in telemarketing or customer service. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a starting pay of ₹12,00.00 per month, plus commission.
