Job Description
Andrew’s Group is currently looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting our services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to inform clients about our offerings, addressing inquiries, maintaining records in the CRM, and building strong client relationships.
Requirements: High school diploma, excellent communication skills, CRM proficiency, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00/month | Work Location: In person
