Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Female Telecaller at Alpha Academy. You will make outbound calls to inform customers about products/services, handle inquiries, secure sales or appointments, build relationships, resolve concerns and meet targets. Requirements: Undergraduate degree; freshers and experienced candidates welcome. Preferred: 1 year in technical support, tele-sales or general work. Skills: strong communication in English and Hindi, positive attitude and customer focus. Job types: Part-time, Fresher, Volunteer. Pay: ₹7,00–₹15,00/month. Benefit: cell phone reimbursement.
