Job Description

DifferentByte Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for either full-time or internship positions. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through proactive outbound activities. The perfect candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a high-volume call environment, adept at nurturing leads and coordinating qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate qualification calls and arrange meetings.
• Maintain detailed notes in CRM after each call.
• Engage with leads through timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with Account Executives to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. While 1+ years of B2B sales experience is advantageous, we welcome fresh graduates to apply.

Compensation: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month, plus performance bonuses.
