Job Description
SMTP Provider Pvt Ltd, a sister company of Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, is looking for experienced Female Tele Callers to become part of our dynamic team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of Tele Sales Executives.
- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure quality calling and effective follow-ups on inquiries.
- Collaborate with counselors to improve lead conversion rates.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of tele sales experience, preferably in the education or aviation sectors.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Compensation: ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
