Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Tele Counsellor with 6–24 months of telecalling and sales experience (ed‑tech preferred). An MBA/PGDBM in Marketing, Sales or Business Management is desirable. Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali is required.

• Responsibilities: make outbound calls, explain courses and career outcomes, convert inquiries to walk‑ins, nurture leads, meet calling and conversion targets, and coordinate with sales and marketing.
• Key skills: sales and negotiation, lead conversion, strong communication and presentation.
