Job Description
Fly Lite Recruitment is looking for a skilled Tele-caller/Counselor to join our dynamic team. You will counsel students and parents on various university programs, respond to inquiries, and clarify doubts.
Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls, and performing follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions. Excellent communication and convincing skills are a must.
Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline with at least 1 year of experience in counseling.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month + commissions.
