Job Description
We at ENTITLED SOLUTION are seeking an experienced and results-driven Collection Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers in hard bucket collections (120+ days past due) to negotiate payment arrangements and settle accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
- Update customer accounts with collection activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of collections experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada).
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
