The Hair Mahal Salon is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients, scheduling appointments, and promoting our salon services. A positive demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the capability to handle client inquiries effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably within the salon industry.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Familiarity with CRM software or Excel is advantageous.
