Job Description

Technocart Online Services Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Tele Calling Executive. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about product features, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Additionally, you will follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and track key performance metrics. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month. Benefits include a Provident Fund and performance bonuses.

Work will be conducted in person during the day shift.
