Job Description
Excellent Care Ltd is on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to enhance our vibrant team. We are searching for a candidate with outstanding English communication skills and a strong desire to connect with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and deliver precise information.
- Manage and update customer databases efficiently.
- Collect feedback and provide ongoing support.
- Achieve call targets set by management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Salary: ₹30,00.00 per month. Schedule: Monday to Friday (UK shift).
