Job Description
We are SJ Fab, seeking a dedicated Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting current and potential clients, addressing inquiries about our products and services, and understanding customer requirements to close deals. Responsibilities also include maintaining an updated customer database, processing orders accurately, managing grievances to uphold company reputation, and tracking sales calls for data-driven decision-making.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Required Experience: 2 years in technical support or tele sales.
Language: Proficiency in Tamil and English is preferred.
