Job Description
Join Ripsil Digital Services Pvt Ltd – Rinteger as a Tele Caller Executive. In this role, you will make outbound calls to promote our products and services, providing accurate information and maintaining a positive demeanor with clients. You’ll also manage customer data in our CRM system and collaborate with the sales team to boost customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
- Familiarity with computer programs and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam and Tamil is preferred.
