Job Description
Rapid Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads into valuable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and arrange meetings.
- Provide detailed explanations of our IT services and products to prospective clients.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills: Proficient verbal communication in English and Hindi, basic IT knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; degree in IT, Business, or Marketing is an advantage. Experience is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹30,00/month
