Job Description
PUREVEDIC LIFE is thrilled to announce an opening for Telecallers to become integral members of our vibrant team. In this role, you will connect with potential patients, effectively communicating our Ayurvedic IVF treatment options and facilitating appointment bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective patients.
- Respond to incoming inquiries with precise information.
- Document calls and maintain patient follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Completed 12th grade or equivalent, or a graduate degree.
- Prior experience in telecalling is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential.
Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹20,00 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
