Job Description
Join our team as a Telecaller in Badarpur, Delhi. Full-time permanent position with 2–5 years’ experience. Salary: ₹10,00–₹15,00/month.
- Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries to promote services.
- Maintain customer database and CRM records; follow up on renewals and cross-sell.
- Meet targets, log interactions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 10+2 or graduate; excellent spoken English, Hindi, or local language; basic computer and CRM skills; resilience to rejection. Telecalling or customer-service experience preferred.
