Job Description
Maven Medical Center is on the lookout for a dedicated Telecaller to enhance our hospital team. The ideal applicant will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle incoming calls and address inquiries.
✅ Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and confirmation of appointments.
✅ Provide detailed information about our services and procedures.
✅ Keep patient records and databases updated.
Requirements:
A minimum graduation is preferred. Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is advantageous. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹18,00 per month | Schedule: Day shift
