LODESTAR CONTAINER LINES PVT. LTD, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a full-time Tele Caller Executive for our Navi Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls, manage client inquiries, and foster strong customer relationships.
Qualifications required include excellent communication, a customer service-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MS Office. A minimum graduate degree is preferred, and knowledge of the logistics industry is beneficial. Proficiency in Gujarati is mandatory.
The position offers a competitive salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a Provident Fund.
