Job Description
Excellent Education is looking for a motivated Telecaller (Counselor) to manage calls, guide prospective students, and provide comprehensive information about our courses and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset to drive high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to share course and service details.
- Counsel and support prospective students and customers.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions.
- Meet call and conversion targets.
