Job Description
Company: CRP Training and Development Private Limited
We are seeking a dedicated Tele Caller Executive to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Checking daily pending logs
- Follow-up on interviews and update clients
- Coordinate daily with clients on fresh and pending requirements
- Acknowledge and forward fresh cases
- Retain existing clients and seek new client acquisitions
- Resolve client queries and arrange interviews
- Maintain operational activity and feedback
- Work with vendors and update daily trackers
- Utilize and update CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Fixed shift, Weekend only
Work Location: In person
