Job Description
CANNANORE AUTOMOTIVE CO is looking for a customer-focused Tele Caller to enhance our service team. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, coordinate service appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone and email, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers for feedback and reminders, and addressing any complaints professionally.
We seek candidates with 1-3 years of experience as a Tele Caller in the automotive industry, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in both Hindi and English.
The salary ranges from ₹10,00.00 to ₹15,00.00 per month.
