Job Description

As a Technology Support II professional in Corporate Technology, you will play a key role in maintaining the operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows.
Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting application flows, enhancing operational stability, monitoring production environments, and effectively communicating issues to stakeholders. We are seeking candidates with formal training and at least 2 years of experience in software engineering, along with strong proficiency in SQL, UNIX Shell, and Python.
